既没预案,又防范不了,无辜民众太悲哀
四川公交车(记不清是重庆还是成都)烧死过人,隔了数年,当人们不用再挎着救生锤乘公交时,厦门公交又烧起来了,死伤那么多无辜民众,太悲哀了.
媒体上常见的一个热词”预案”这次厦门公交案,没见有谁使用.防范个人因生活质量过低而报复社会伤害无辜,从抚州钱明奇爆炸事件,到四川厦门公交车火烧,再到数年前的砍杀儿童案,可以说根本没有预案,就是说对个人报复社会没有一点防范措施.
不用去探究个人为何报复社会,若是社会上那些爱收集荣誉称号到处撒钱的货色肯真心帮助身边的贫困者,即使不能减少报复案件,至少也可让最广大的民众不再去同情这些因个人原因而对无辜民众报复的人.
能不能象关怀非洲人民那样关怀一下本国生活质量较低的民众呢?
